Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Receivable Manager (Contract-to-Hire) Near Pittsburgh, PA | Up to $26 per Hour LHH is partnering with a growing organization near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity . This role is ideal for a hands-on AR professional who enjoys leading receivables operations while having the opportunity to convert to a long-term position. Compensation is offered up to $26/hour , depending on experience. About the Role The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee daily receivables activities, manage collections, and ensure accurate cash application and reporting. This position combines leadership with hands-on responsibility and plays a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, cash application, and collections Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances to improve DSO Resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues Ensure accurate posting of payments, credits, and adjustments Partner with internal teams to resolve receivable-related concerns Prepare AR reports and provide updates to leadership Support month-end close activities related to receivables Assist with process improvements and internal controls Qualifications 3+ years of accounts receivable experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash application Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Opportunity Contract-to-hire with long-term potential Up to $26/hour , based on experience Opportunity to step into a leadership-focused AR role Stable organization near Pittsburgh, PA Apply Today If you're ready to take the next step in your AR career with a role that can grow into a permanent opportunity, apply today with your resume .
Pay Details:
