You'll lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and play a key role in financial operations within a sophisticated ERP platform.
Accounts Payable Manager Location:
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)Salary:

Lead a well-established Accounts Payable function with visibility across Finance and operational leadership.- Influence process improvements, workflow enhancements, and large-scale AP initiatives.

- Partner with department leaders throughout the organization to improve efficiency and financial controls.
- Manage and develop a dedicated AP team while helping shape best practices and operational standards.
- Gain exposure to strategic projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Accounts Payable Manager:
Supervise, mentor, train, and develop Accounts Payable staff while overseeing daily operations.- Manage invoice processing, three-way match procedures, vendor maintenance, 1099 reporting, and purchasing workflows.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, account reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
- Evaluate, improve, and document Accounts Payable processes, controls, and workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate with auditors, department leaders, and vendors to support compliance and resolve issues.
- Lead reporting enhancements, system improvements, and special projects.
Accounts Payable Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years of Accounts Payable leadership experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems and integrated purchasing/accounts payable processes.
- Experience with Workday and/or OnBase strongly preferred.
