This position might be eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K) The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Payable leadership experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows, streamline processes, and support special projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and support ongoing process improvements Manage and participate in special projects assigned by leadership Utilize advanced Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, data analysis, and process tracking Support and participate in a NetSuite implementation project Perform detailed analysis of Travel & Expense (T&E) activity Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities related to AP and T&E Work within Navan and Concur expense management systems Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operational teams Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory or lead-level responsibilities Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, large data set analysis, etc.) Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in a professional setting Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred Experience with Navan and Concur Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies and improve processes Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Additional Details Temporary engagement expected to last approximately 6 months Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and system implementation initiatives Fast-paced, collaborative accounting environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
