Compensation:
$90,000-$100,000 Base + 10% Bonus A growing and highly respected importer and distributor of premium wines and spirits is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a team of four and support a growing West Coast AR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable professionals Oversee collections, cash applications, aging reports, account reconciliations, and payment research Resolve customer disputes and payment issues Monitor department KPIs and drive performance improvements Analyze workflows and recommend process enhancements Partner with leadership on reporting, budgeting, and operational initiatives Support major finance transformation projects, including ERP and payment system implementations
Qualifications:
7+ years of Accounts Receivable experience 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong background in collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations Proven ability to coach teams and drive accountability Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ERP experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
