Compensation:

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in the Ann Arbor area to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a contract opportunity expected to last at least three months. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to lead accounts receivable operations, support process improvements, and oversee a team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounts receivable activities and ensure timely collections. Lead, mentor, and support AR team members. Monitor customer account balances and aging reports. Review and approve cash applications, adjustments, and account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues. Prepare AR-related reports and provide analysis to leadership. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Partner with accounting and finance teams to improve processes and internal controls. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of accounts receivable experience with prior supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of AR processes, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
