Position Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of full-cycle accounts payable processing. General working knowledge of accounting concepts such as the general ledger and chart of accounts. Proficiency with SAP (or a comparable ERP). Working knowledge of AP automation software for invoice capture and approval workflow (OCR-based), plus expense and corporate-card platforms (e.g., Concur). Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to bring a controls-minded approach to the function. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail across competing priorities and deadlines. Adheres to professional standards for the protection of confidential, proprietary, and personally identifiable information. Ability to independently develop solutions to problems/challenges as they arise.Education, Experience, Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or lead experience; 5+ years preferred. Experience in the oil & gas, midstream, or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.Physical Requirements:
