Accounts Payable Supervisor 100% Onsite Monday - Friday Direct Hire with my client Do you love a clean AP process, a balanced aging report, and a team that actually knows what they're doing? The Role We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor who knows how to balance hands-on AP work with leading a team . This role is ideal for someone who's been "the go-to" in AP and is ready to formally own the function. You'll oversee day-to-day AP operations, support and coach the team, and partner closely with Accounting leadership to keep everything running smoothly (and accurately). What You'll Be Doing Supervise and support a team handling full-cycle accounts payable Review and approve invoices, coding, and payment batches Manage ACH, check runs, and vendor payments Resolve vendor issues and keep relationships strong Oversee 2-way / 3-way matching , approvals, and reconciliations Assist with month-end close and AP reporting Improve processes (we love smart efficiencies, not busywork) Be the calm, knowledgeable presence when things get messy What We're Looking For Prior experience in Accounts Payable , including team lead or supervisory responsibilities Strong understanding of AP workflows, approvals, and controls Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with ERP/AP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc. — any solid system counts) Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
