The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network. The Charging Payments & Supplier Specialist is a key member of the North America and Europe Charging Operations team. This role is responsible for managing centralized payment operations, including supplier onboarding, utility bill processing, and rent payments across multiple sites in North America and EMEA (Europe). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Supercharger Deployment, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Validation Team, as well as external partners including utilities and site hosts. What You'll Do Establish and maintain precise payment data with thorough account reconciliations complete with accurate aging reports for annual reporting Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new landlords, ensuring compliance with lease terms and timely, accurate payment execution Serve as the Supercharger business partner for the vendor validation team, accounts payable and accounts receivable on all related initiatives ensuring alignment and process consistency Maintain and update utility account information within Tesla's systems, including the setup of new utility accounts to support the expansion of our Supercharger network for both
