Business Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards Conduct QA audits and maintain accurate QA tracking records Share performance feedback with agents and supervisors Prepare QA reports, scorecards, and weekly metrics Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans Collaborate with management and training teams to improve service delivery Assist with documentation and process improvement projects

Required Experience:

2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, or call/chat monitoring Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Forms Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP, JDE, or i5 is preferred HighRadius experience is a plus

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
