Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Quality Auditor The Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and outbound shipments meet Schneider Electric's quality standards and customer requirements within the Costa Mesa operation. This role supports quality activities across warehousing and logistics operations, panelboard manufacturing, and the production line responsible for equipment dismantling and rework activities. The Quality Auditor performs in-process inspections, final product audits, shipping validations, and process compliance reviews while partnering with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain teams to drive quality excellence.
Top Skills:
This is NOT a quality engineer, this person is more of a quality tech with functional skills who has performed AUDITS on the line, can document as such in a report and share this information with leaders/managers. It is a hybrid qual tech with functional skills. They will be both on the floor but also see the office setting too!
Schedule:
2nd Shift is 2pm to 10:30pm - (With a shift differential of $2) with potential overtime on the front end. 1st Shift is 6am to 2:30pm start time (M-F) - For Training purposes (3-to-4-week period).
