Manager, Audit & Advisory Services

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our Audit and Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities of audit engagements and supporting the execution of high-quality audits. This role requires strong client relationship management, effective project management, and team leadership skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $115,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements and support the execution of a high-quality audit. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure efficient information flow from the client to the audit team. Proactively manage project deadlines to ensure delivery of work product based on client expectations and deadlines. Help develop and supervise audit teams on engagements by providing coaching, timely feedback, and reviewing their audit documentation. Openly communicate with partners and teams about the status, timeline, issues, and progress of projects, tasks, and associated budgets. Build client relationships and demonstrate understanding of client's business and processes.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of audit and advisory principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team development skills.

Experience:
