Full Job Description Role Overview:

We are seeking a SOX Audit Expert for a targeted 1-2 week consultancy (5-6 hours/week) . You will apply your deep internal controls and audit expertise to pioneer AI integration in financial auditing. This is a critical advisory role shaping how artificial intelligence handles SOX compliance, focusing on model training, dataset curation, and accuracy optimization.

What You'll Do Expert Training:

Refine custom AI models by providing expert logic for SOX control testing and real-world audit edge cases.

Validation:

Review and validate AI-generated audit findings to ensure strict compliance with PCAOB and SOX standards.

Product Strategy:

Collaborate with the engineering team to map out intelligent automation for substantive testing.

Quality Assurance:

Design testing strategies that translate complex professional judgment into scalable AI logic. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in SOX compliance and financial audit. Big 4 (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) or equivalent top-tier firm experience is required. Deep expertise in PCAOB standards and internal control frameworks. CPA certification required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Experience leading SOX workstreams for mid-to-large cap public companies. Familiarity with
