Job Summary:

Ensures effectiveness of internal controls and accuracy of recorded data. Solves and escalates operational problems and technical issues; modifies existing tools or processes. Documents, monitors, and reports on audit processes. Communicates audit inquires with clients and gives/receives communication to other auditors.

Education and Work Experience:

Associate's/Technical Degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or equivalent combination of education/related experience:

Preferred Essential Functions:

Conducts test work and clearly documents conclusions on work performed. Develops an understanding of routine financial, operational, and system processes and relevant controls. Develops recommendations to address issues detected. Participates in exit conferences, providing clarification and supporting information as necessary. Assists in the planning process, participates in information gathering, meetings, and researches operational and financial data for the related project. Contributes to the assessment of risks and development of the routine audit approach. Contributes to the development of routine audit programs. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
