Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate with State and Local Government (SLG) audit experience. In this role, you will work on complex engagements across state and local government, as well as tribal governments and tribally owned enterprises, including casinos. You will gain exposure to audits involving governmental accounting standards, federal compliance, and highly regulated gaming environments. You will lead engagement planning, execution, and client communication while delivering high-quality audit services. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise while working on some of the most complex and impactful public sector and tribal engagements.
Responsibilities:
Lead audit engagements including planning, budgeting, execution, and quality control Manage teams and mentor junior staff Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery Monitor engagement performance, billing, and efficiency Identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 1/2 years of public accounting experience in assurance services preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent CPA preferred or eligible and actively pursuing Strong communication, project management, and client service skills

Compensation:
$85,000-$105,000 + Bonus programs. #LI-Hybrid
