Our work focuses on ensuring compliance with Federal Title IV student financial aid programs, supporting our clients in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Compliance Staff member to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in conducting compliance audits of Federal Title IV programs for our higher education clients. You will be part of a collaborative, professional team that values accuracy, integrity, and client service. This position includes approximately 15-20% travel to client campuses and administrative offices across the U.S. Initial training will be conducted on-site in our UTC office. After training, you will work in a hybrid arrangement (in-office and remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing compliance audits of Federal Title IV student financial aid programs. Conduct document reviews, prepare workpapers, and summarize audit findings. Collaborate with audit teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Communicate professionally with clients, both in writing and verbally. Maintain organized and thorough documentation of work performed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and high ethical standards. Preferred (but not required): Experience in auditing, higher education administration, or compliance. Familiarity with Federal Title IV regulations.
