Site Auditor & Field Inspector (Solar + Battery Systems)

This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field, driving to homes, figuring things out, and making sure our projects are set up the right way before install. If you like being hands-on, solving problems, and not being micromanaged—this is a great role. We install solar and battery systems, and this position is a key part of making sure every job starts off right and gets across the finish line. What you'll be doing Go to job sites and collect everything we need before install (photos, measurements, notes, etc.) Identify anything that could cause issues later (electrical, structural, access, etc.) Run permits with local cities/counties and make sure paperwork is handled properly Sit inspections and meet with city inspectors to get projects signed off Confidently walk an inspector through the job and answer questions on-site Keep things organized—photos, notes, and documentation matter here Catch problems early so we don't deal with them later What this job is really like You'll be driving a lot (company truck provided — take it home) You'll be in neighborhoods, on roofs, in garages, and at job sites Some days are easy, some days you'll need to think and figure things out You'll be working independently most of the time What we're looking for Reliable — if you say you'll be somewhere, you're there Detail-oriented — small things matter in this role Comfortable being on roofs and around construction Able to problem-solve without needing constant direction Good with people — you'll interact with homeowners and inspectors Able to communicate clearly and confidently with inspectors Clean driving record (no points) Bonus points (not required) Solar, roofing, electrical, or construction experience Experience dealing with inspectors or city permitting OSHA/safety familiarity Pay & Perks Full Time Hours Company vehicle (you take it home) Room to grow — this can turn into a bigger role fast if you're good The bottom line If you want a steady, hands-on role where you're trusted to do your job and actually make an impact, this is it. Pay:
