We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional looking to take the next step in their career while working alongside a collaborative team and gaining exposure to a diverse client base. The Senior Audit Associate will play an important role in planning and executing audit engagements, working directly with clients, and mentoring junior team members.
What You'll Do:
Perform and assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance engagements Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation Assist with audit planning, risk assessment, and engagement execution Identify accounting, auditing, and financial reporting issues Communicate directly with clients and develop strong professional relationships Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff Work closely with Managers and Partners throughout engagements Ensure engagements are completed accurately and within established deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 2+ years of public accounting audit experience CPA or CPA track preferred Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting principles Experience working with a variety of clients and industries is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Highlights of the
