Job Overview We are immediately seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and experienced Audit Support Administrator (ASA) to join our onsite team in Washington, DC. This position will not conduct audits. The vital role offers the opportunity to support the MA Audit Coordinator by coordinating meetings and conferences, tracking audit-related actions and deadlines, facilitating the collection of responses and documentation from appropriate points of contact (POCs), and maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for financial accuracy, this position is perfect for you! The ideal candidate must have five (5) years of more of experience with the following qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, document-management and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and deadlines across various office and stakeholders Scheduling audit-related conferences and meetings DCAA Auditing Coordination Tracking GAO/OIG actions, deliverables, and deadlines Drafting and formatting correspondence using established templates Strong organizational and administrative support skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Experience coordinating and collecting responses and documentation from multiple offices or stakeholders Ability to maintain trackers and monitor action items, deadlines, outstanding responses, and follow-up requirements Experience scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-up actions Strong written communication, proofreading, formatting, and editing skills Strong attention to detail and document quality control Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and follow established procedures Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and time-sensitive information Ability to professionally follow up with stakeholders to obtain required information by established deadlines Must be able to pass a government background check Join us at LAI as an Audit Support Administrator and be part of a dedicated team that upholds integrity, precision, and excellence in financial management.
