Job Description Manage on boarding, background screening, verification, and employee compliance processes. Review and validate documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or exceptions and escalate appropriately. Partner with candidates, employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders to provide guidance and support throughout the employee life cycle. Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, controls, and user experience. Contribute to meeting service-level expectations in a high-volume operational environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Background Screening Agent should have: Experience in HR Operations, on boarding, background screening, compliance, verification, or a related operational function. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, process-driven workloads with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment when reviewing sensitive information. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience working within regulated, compliance-focused, or risk-sensitive environments. Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Comfortable managing confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. What's on Offer Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00, depending on experience.
