Here's What You'll Be Up To:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented revenue auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for completing daily financial reconciliations and supporting front desk operations during morning hours. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Schedule:

Part-time, Thursdays and Fridays - 8:00 am to 4:30 pmPerform morning audits for multiple hotel properties from a centralized officeReview and reconcile prior-day financial reports and transactionsEnsure accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and system postingsSupport front desk teams by answering questions and helping resolve discrepanciesIdentify and escalate issues as neededMaintain organized and accurate audit documentationYou're great because: Youre a natural problem solver with a sharp eye for detail.

Experience with hotel management and accounting systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).Familiarity with credit card processing and merchant software.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
