Audit Associate

We are partnering with a well-established boutique CPA firm seeking an experienced Audit Accountant to join its growing Audit & Assurance team. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure across a broad range of audit engagements, working closely with clients and senior leadership within a collaborative and professional environment. The Role You will support the planning and execution of financial audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality client service across a diverse portfolio of engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and analysing financial statements and accounting records Performing risk assessments and evaluating internal controls Preparing audit workpapers, financial statements, and supporting documentation Assisting in the delivery of audit reports and communicating findings clearly Building strong client relationships and supporting ongoing engagements Staying current with GAAP, GAAS, and evolving accounting standards About You 2-3+ years of public accounting audit experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS Experience with QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem fx, and Microsoft Office preferred Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive compensation and bonus potential Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture Why This Role This is an opportunity to join a respected boutique firm that values technical quality, client relationships, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative environment.
