Pay:

Weekly pay Position Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for entry-level Machine Operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in production or grow within the manufacturing industry. No advanced experience required—training provided. Machine Operators play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery throughout the shift Set up machines and ensure proper operation before and during production runs Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain production standards Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Track production output andplete required documentation Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Qualifications Entry-level•willing to train the right candidate Ability to work on your feet and in a production environment Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols Must be able to work assigned shift consistently Requirements Must speak English Must pass an oral drug test Must pass a 7-year felony/misdemeanor background check Why ? Pay Details:
