Job Description
Werealize Inc. is hiring independent contractors to perform parking lot audits at truck parking facilities. This is a flexible, route-based field role perfect for self-starters who prefer working independently and getting paid based on results. If you like being outdoors, moving around, and completing straightforward tasks without someone looking over your shoulder, this is a great fit. Walk assigned truck parking yards Photograph vehicle plates and DOT numbers Identify unauthorized or unpaid vehicles Place violation notices Submit photos and notes through our mobile system Report safety or maintenance issues when observed Work is simple, structured, and process-driven.
The more audits you complete, the more you earn. Bonus opportunity based on revenue you generate (paid violations, memberships, collections) Fully flexible Choose your own audit windows Complete visits when it works for you Great for side income or stacking multiple routes Must work as an independent contractor (1099) Reliable vehicle Smartphone with camera Comfortable walking outdoors for 1-2 hours Detail-oriented and dependable Able to follow documentation procedures
