Job Description

About North Point Hospitality North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned. As part of the Management Team, the Night Manager serves as the Senior Manager during evening/night hours and is responsible for all departments at assigned locations.
Essential Functions:
Support Evening Operations for the Tribrand properties. Provides the guest with flawless, proactive and sincere luxury services from an engaged and empowered workforce committed to creating a memorable experience Coaches and mentors colleagues; creates an environment that allows colleagues to exceed guest expectations; ensures colleague concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner Promotes health, safety and well-being of our guests and co-workers by having in-depth knowledge of the Hotel's crisis and emergency procedures; understands and implements the corporate crisis communication procedures within the Front Office Walks the property/redirects or engages staff as needed Interacts with all departments for assigned properties Recommends/Delivers disciplinary actions for team members when necessary and appropriate
Supervisory Responsibility:
Manages all staff while on duty/night and evening hours
Work Environment:
Office work environment with business-casual dress; may require some standard of uniform; extensive contact with internal and external customers.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds, as well as to reach and bend. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours.
