Job Description

Full - Time We're currently seeking a driven team player with 1-4 years of public accounting audit experience to serve an important role assisting with and/or leading audit engagements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform routine engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner including cash, payables, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses Prepare and/or assist in preparation of the financial statements Meet engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks on time Understand and anticipate client's needs Effectively communicate all aspects of work performed and complete analysis and feedback upon completion Attend trainings and webinars to remain current with accounting standards and industry trends Build new and enhance existing client relationships Execute administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA license 1-4 years of public accounting audit experience (candidates at the supervisory level will possess the ability to manage, develop, train and mentor staff) Drive to succeed with a positive attitude, sound judgment and adaptive to change Solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles with the ability to perform or review routine and complex engagement procedures Excellence in communication, organization, analysis, client service and technology including Microsoft Office and accounting software proficiency Ability to effectively juggle priorities, interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff and work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment This job description does not list all of the duties of the job.
