Description The Auditor reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance. They are responsible for performing Internal and External Quality Assurance Audits of AAR-ASR repair station and external vendors to ensure compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR), and AAR-ASR repair station processes, policies and procedures. In some cases, a qualified employee may be assigned by the Manager of Quality Assurance to perform these audits. What you will be responsible for: Perform scheduled and unscheduled Surveillance/Auditing and Corrective Action of the Repair Station internal systems to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR), including the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-145 and procedures in the AAR-ASR Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM) Conduct random audits of aircraft to ensure AAR-ASR Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM) are being followed. Perform on-site Vendor Surveillance/Auditing and Corrective Action to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR) and procedures in the AAR-ASR Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM). Ensure that once vendor approval process is completed the AAR-ASR Repair Station Approved Vendors List (AVL) is maintained, current and up to date. Provide Audit reports and summaries to the Director of Quality, Chief Inspector and Director of Maintenance as required and requested. Maintain Quality Assurance Analysis spreadsheets and logs. Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.32 to $23.77 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
