JOB SUMMARY
He/ she are to be responsible for the inspection and monitoring of the manufacturing process by verifying product to ensure that all in-process procedures are being followed. Must be aware of and follow all GMP's, HACCP and food safety procedures at all times. He/she possesses a knowledge and understanding of quality standards and requirements and applies that knowledge during audit of procedures and product to ensure that in-process quality standards are being maintained. He/she are responsible to report any deviations from established quality standards or procedures so that corrective action can be taken by appropriate individuals
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Adheres to all good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, HACCP and SQF process requirements; rectify and/or report any and all non-compliance to Management or the SQF practitioner immediately. Attends meetings as required Inspects and monitors all in-process manufacturing activities in accordance with all applicable inspection work instructions. This includes the reporting of any facility work rules infractions, i.e. not following or adhering to the GMP's to the immediate Supervisor. He/she will audit finished product entering the staging area or warehouse in accordance with all applicable inspection instructions. Inspects and/or monitors all print runs at the printers in accordance with all applicable inspection work instructions to ensure that print applications meet the criteria stated on all print specification sheets. He/she will perform general testing of specific indicators of in-process product to determine level of compliance with established quality criteria. He/she will immediately inform responsible employees of any failure to meet established quality standards to ensure that corrective action is taken. He/she will record activities, findings, and testing results in appropriate forms or on the quality lab computer. Records all activities of inspection and audit on proper forms and submits to Shift Supervisor or responsible employee as required at the end of their shift. Maintains all housekeeping standards by keeping a clean work areas at all times. Preforms any other assigned duties. Provision for coverage of position due to absence In the event that the Quality Control Auditor is absent another Quality Control Auditor or trained QA backup will cover during his/her unavailability. Performs other duties as assigned by WinCup leadership as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
(Manufacturing Plant): The characteristics listed below are representative of the physical demands required by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of a position in our manufacturing plants. Note that office positions located within our Manufacturing Plants often require some plant floor presence throughout the day so that while these demands may not always apply, they should still be noted. Team Member will frequently be required to actively listen and exchange information. Team Member will be required to observe and assess information in a fast paced environment. Requires frequent use of a production, manufacturing equipment and/or machinery. Will be required to frequently move/transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds which may require frequent bending, twisting and reaching motions. Team Member may be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time. Team Member may be required to stand for long periods up to 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts. Team Member may be required to talk, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools, and controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
(Manufacturing Plant): The characteristics listed below are representative of the work environment typically encountered by an individual while performing the essential duties of a position in our manufacturing plants. Note that office positions located within our Manufacturing Plants often require some plant floor presence throughout the day so these work environment details may not always apply, they should still be noted. Work space is one that contains moving mechanical parts. Requires work in an indoor manufacturing environment that may be exposed to extreme heat that is not air conditioned. Work environment contains loud noises and odors that may last for long periods of time or on a continual basis as well as occasional airborne particles. Must wear PPE while working, which includes hairnet, hearing protection and safety glasses with side guards at all times. Ability to work an 8+, 10+ or 12+ hour shifts as designated. Able to work weekdays, weekends and overtime as designated.
