Job Description

The Income Auditor will assist the Accounting department in verifying income received by the property. Perks 401k, Monthly Bonus, Fitness Center, Profit Sharing, Benefits Package, PTO
BASIC FUNCTION
The Income Auditor will assist the Accounting department in verifying income received by the property.

EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). College degree in accounting preferred or equivalent business experience. Five years previous business or hotel accounting experience. Must have strong knowledge of Excel. Must be familiar of night audit work and ability to balance night audit reports. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reviews the night audit revenue reports to verify their accuracy. Reviews credit card settlements daily. Completes the daily cashier report and handles cashier discrepancies according to the policies of the property. Assists in the reconciliation of asset/liability accounts that are driven by the night audit revenue reports and any revenue accounts that are directly offset by invoices. Responsible for verifying the accuracy of service charges processed through payroll. Publishes daily CRT reports Performs other related duties capable of being performed as requested by Management.
