About the role You'll be entrusted with leading and elevating the audit work within our For-Profit industry team, with a primary focus on clients in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors. This is a high-impact role that combines technical excellence, client leadership, and team development with clear potential for future partnership consideration. What you'll do Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness. Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, offering strategic guidance and proactive communication. Guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team of professionals within the industry group. Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Identify opportunities to bring additional value to clients beyond compliance. Drive business development efforts for the industry team, including networking, proposal development, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with firm leadership to shape and grow the For-Profit industry service line. Contribute to internal initiatives such as staff training, process improvement, and practice development. Qualifications A motivated, entrepreneurial professional with the drive to lead and grow a client segment. Demonstrated leadership experience in public accounting, particularly in the for-profit space. Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset. Active CPA license. 5+ years of for-profit audit experience, with a preference for experience in Manufacturing or Construction. Strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring and team development. A track record that suggests future Partner potential.
