As a Supervisor on our Audit Team, you will utilize your educational background as well as your organizational skills as you work closely with colleagues on a variety of assignments for clients of the Firm. Our audit engagements are in many industries including: manufacturing, distribution, technology, life sciences, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and non-profit. We also audit 100+ EBPs, and to a lesser degree, perform due diligence, projection, AUP, and review engagements.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute diversified accounting and auditing engagements with an emphasis on for-profit and some nonprofit clients across designated industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to engagement timelines. Apply advanced technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and firm methodology to assess risk, design audit procedures, and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters. Participate in engagement planning, including risk assessment, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective execution. Review and evaluate workpapers, prepare financial statements, and related reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards and firm policies. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach. Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring engagements are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the firm's quality standards. Exhibit and continuously strengthen technical competencies, including emerging accounting standards, industry-specific reporting requirements, internal control frameworks, and audit technology tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred CPA licensed or actively pursuing certification highly preferred 4+ years of recent public accounting experience; for-profit and nonprofit experience preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Benefits KLR offers a wide range of benefits including: health and dental insurance, paid time-off and a competitive retirement savings plan.
