$38.75 - $55.00 per hour based on years of experience Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Full-time Internal Auditor / Healthcare Analyst to join our team at Jessup Correctional Institute in Jessup, Maryland . The Internal Auditor/ Healthcare Analyst ensures healthcare processes and patient care quality across various state correctional facilities. This person collaborates closely with the healthcare auditing team and clients to evaluate compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices. They conduct comprehensive audits of healthcare procedures within state correctional facilities, assessing adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. They also perform data analysis by collecting and examining data related to healthcare processes and patient outcomes, providing actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or accounting Understanding of healthcare programs, contract indicators, project management, audits, conducting administrative medical compliance analysis, online documentation management Ability to identify indicators and review contract services against requirements One-two years of experience as a community healthcare contract analyst/reviewer Must have the ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration Experience working in corrections preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...Shift:
