Audit Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including supervising staff accountants and communicating with clients.
- Work as an effective team member to successfully complete engagements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letter comments.
- Assist with engagement administration activities.
- Research and analyze audit-related issues.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve engagement and technical issues.
- Assist in preparing billings and supporting collection activities.
- Review and prepare Form 990 tax returns. Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification with an active license or actively pursuing certification.
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
