Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the manufactured product is inspected according to instruction and control plan. Documents all findings that the product meets all applicable requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs first piece inspections/daily/per shift routine audits of production processes, workstations, and finished goods. Reports findings, takes corrective action or seeks direction. Performs receiving inspections. Provide feedback to operators on quality standards and best practices. Reports inconsistencies or errors. Uses check fixtures, gauges, and visual inspection methods. Responsible for functions in accordance with set policies. Responsible for making shipping / component labels. Performs final audit inspections. Maintain a clean and organized audit area and work area (5S). Performs functions in accordance with set policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the Company Quality Policy and compliance to currently recognized industry standard QMS and EMS. Ensure compliance with Amaneos policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Quality.
OTHER REASONABLE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
Preferred Education and Skills:
Able to sit, kneel, squat or bend, for long lengths of times. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Able to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Excellent verbal & written communications skills. Capable of learning various software. Lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly if necessary. Highschool diploma or GED equivalent. 23 years of previous injection mold with emphasis on appearance items. About
