Job Description
Description This position is responsible for performing Delegated Product Release Verification (DPRV/DQR) in support of customer self-release programs. The Quality Auditor will serve as a customer-authorized release representative, ensuring all products meet engineering, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements prior to shipment.
This position sits in Warren, MI and will report to the Quality Manager.

Engineering drawingsSpecificationsProcess requirementsEnsure compliance with:
Customer requirements (PWC, Rolls-Royce, GE)Internal quality proceduresMaintain certification under AS13001 (DPVR/DQR)Review manufacturing records for completeness and accuracyInterface with customers regarding product acceptance and quality issuesSupport audits related to delegated release programsParticipate in root cause and corrective action for product nonconformanceJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required; An associate degree is desirable5 + years of equivalent experience in a Quality Inspection / Auditor role.
AS13001 Certification Common Training for DPVRExperience working with
Must have experience using Microsoft Office. Focus on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience interfacing with internal customers, external customers, and external third-party auditors.
Demonstrated strong communication skills.
Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) experience (Preferred).Automotive quality core tools including root cause analysis and problem solving.
