Job Description

We are looking for a driven and energetic Shipping Auditor to join our fast-paced and proactive team . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on work , is comfortable jumping in and out of trucks , and can accurately audit and count materials before shipments leave our facility. This position requires mobility and flexibility , as travel between Charlotte and Graham is necessary. A reliable vehicle is required , and mileage will be reimbursed .
Key Responsibilities:
Physically inspect and audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in material count and quality. Climb in and out of trucks to verify loads and ensure proper securing of materials. Work closely with the shipping and logistics team to address discrepancies and resolve issues. Drive to Charlotte and Graham as needed to perform audits at different locations. Maintain detailed records and reports of all shipping audits. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper material handling procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
High energy and physically active —comfortable moving, climbing, and inspecting shipments . Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a reliable working vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). Ability to travel regularly between Charlotte and Graham . Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse auditing is a plus but not required.
