East Hanover, NJ & New York City, USAStep into a role where your insight shapes how the organization strengthens trust, transparency, and performance. As an Internal Audit Associate Director for the Americas, you will play a critical role in helping Novartis anticipate risk, enhance governance, and drive meaningful improvement across the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will lead complex audit and advisory engagements from end to end, turning risk-based insights into practical, value-adding recommendations. You will also help advance the future of Internal Audit by promoting data-driven and artificial intelligence-enabled ways of working, while coaching and developing auditors to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across the region. Please note that this position is based in East Hanover, NJ, with flexibility to work from the New York City office between audits.
