737918WD Up to 40% Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Digital Assurance & Transparency- Workday
- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as Workday and other business applications.
- Leading teams in the assessment and management of risk and controls during business transformation projects
- Guiding clients through the implementation of large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle
- Analyzing and identifying interactions between system components to optimize business processes
- Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Utilizing IT General Controls and ERP security knowledge to enhance client transformation journeys
- Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvement
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with SOX and audit guidance
- Promoting innovative solutions and leading practices to improve client service delivery What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Process Improvement and IT Controls
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business transformation
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
- Embracing change and innovation in digital solutions
- Analyzing complex systems for improved audit and assurance processes
- Developing skills in SOX Compliance and Security Control Assessment The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $297,000.
