Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements Ensure audit processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines Build and maintain client relationships, delivering quality service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

CPA License (required) 3+ years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting setting Preferred background with Employee Benefit Plans & Non-profit audits Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
