SummaryManages day‑to‑day execution of the financial review, supervises staff, coordinates data intake, and ensures analytical procedures are performed according to the approved methodology. Serves as the operational lead for technical workstreams.
Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the financial review across all fiscal years. Lead data intake, validation, completeness assessments, and documentation of missing or anomalous records. Supervise general‑ledger analysis, reconciliation review, transaction testing, and identification of abnormal balances or unusual activity. Develop and maintain risk‑based transaction‑testing methodology and sampling documentation. Review staff work products for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards. Prepare draft financial statements, supporting schedules, and explanatory notes. Coordinate development of findings, criteria, cause, effect, and recommendations. Support preparation of draft and final reports, including corrective action matrices. Provide progress updates and ensure milestones are met. Required Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reviews, or audit support. Experience with federal accounting, USSGL, reconciliation processes, and internal‑control evaluation. Demonstrated ability to manage staff and oversee complex analytical workstreams.
