: Completes daily audits of casino documents for compliance with Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act as required by the BSA and FinCEN. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
: Knowledge of and experience in Title 31 and suspicious activity reporting preferred but not required. Must be detail oriented, accurate, able to follow established audit procedures and have good time management skills. Keeping sensitive information confidential is a must for this position. Must have Word and Excel computer skills.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Assists in the daily audit of all transactions that fall under Title 31 ensuring the information is accurate. Audits casino records from Bingo, Cage, Keno, Race & Sports, Slots, Table Games and Marketing as instructed for loggable/reportable transactions and in accordance with the Title 31 Department established procedures. Assists in documenting and investigating instances of non-compliance. Confidential information relating to a guest, a guest's activity, and a guest's account is not discussed with anyone outside of the Title 31 Department. Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
