  • Shift Details:
  • + 8am-5pm M-F
  • Auditor Duties & Responsibilities:
  • + Manage Bureau projects, including project documentation, timelines, action items, and stakeholder coordination.

+ Review and update Enrollee and Provider Handbooks, Bureau website content, forms, and related materials.

+ Support MIF Team projects, including the Annual Survey, Outstanding Checks Reconciliation, reporting, and metrics.

+ Draft and review procedures, processes, flowcharts, SOPs, forms, and other Bureau documentation.

+ Analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and recommend data pulls and reporting needs.

+ Serve as liaison between the Medical and Dental Directors, Office of Regulatory Management, and Bureau.

+ Coordinate with MIF staff to define project objectives, requirements, and expectations.

+ Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and provide status updates to management.

+ Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.

+ Assist with process improvement initiatives and other special projects as assigned.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • + High school graduate or equivalent + Project management or coordination experience + Experience creating and facilitating meetings + Previous governmental project management or contract management experience preferred but not required + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel + Experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage + Ability to adapt, innovate, and work effectively in a team environment + Additional certifications may be required.
