Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Quality Auditor is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and dispositioning the conformity of materials and products being manufactured at PPC. Regular work schedule will reflect Monday - Thursday 3p-1a. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential for working second or third shift. This is the reasonable estimate for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Pay could be more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location. You will make a difference in the following ways: 1. Following and understanding all written procedures and work instructions. 2. Reading blueprints to understand features, measurements, tolerance, and materials. 3. Using appropriate measurement equipment to measure components and goods. 4. Determining the conformity of all parts, processes and finished goods based on the above guidelines and tools. 5. Communicate conformity status with detailed accuracy.What you bring:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; Experience in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environmentKnowledge:
o Completion of first piece inspections. o Ability to audit processes and procedures. o Ability to use equipment to cross section parts for evaluation. o Enter non-conforming material information in SAP. o Isolating and blocking non-conforming or suspected non-conforming material in SAP. o Reviewing inventory to determine extent of non-conforming material. o Skills to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel o Work independently while prioritizing quality o Maintain standards in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCustomers Define Our Success:
Provide support to the production floor, answer equipment repair and trouble-shooting requests to eliminate machine downtime and ensure continuous production.Pay:
