Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of engagements running concurrently—from building and strengthening client relationships to planning, executing, and completing audits, as well as managing the billing and collection process. You will also take ownership of developing, coaching, and supervising team members, while actively contributing to firm growth and management initiatives. This position plays a key role in directing and coordinating resources to ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the planning and execution of audit engagements. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing theory, along with the ability to conduct thoughtful research and analysis.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this Position, Candidates must: Have CPA. Have seven to ten years related experience. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems. Compensation and Benefits:
Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $130,000 and $170,000. Additionally, we offer discretionary year-end bonuses to supplement your compensation package.
