Compensation:

$85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience About the Opportunity A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Cleveland area is looking for an Audit Supervisor to manage engagements and lead teams in its assurance practice. You'll oversee work from planning through reporting, work closely with client leadership, and have a defined path to Audit Manager. What You'll Do Manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements Plan engagements, set budgets, and manage timelines Review workpapers and financial statements Resolve technical accounting and auditing issues Communicate findings to client management Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff Support managers and partners on client relationships What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4-7 years of audit experience in public accounting Active CPA license (required or near completion) Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS Experience supervising teams and reviewing work Excellent client service and communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills What's Offered Base salary of $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience Excellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefits Generous PTO and paid holidays Hybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity) Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional education Real opportunities for career advancement How to Apply All applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
