$18.00 per hour
Shift:

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Ability to perform repetitive administrative and data-processing tasks with accuracy Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work on a computer throughout the day Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs. as needed Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays when required College degree, certification, or experience in the automotive, titling, or finance industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
Process and review documents accurately in a high-volume production environment Enter, update, and maintain information within company systems and databases Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing Organize, prioritize, and manage daily workloads to meet production goals and deadlines Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company procedures and standards Support department operations and assist with special projects as assigned Follow established processes and quality standards while meeting productivity expectations Why This Job?
