Overview Cannabis Trimmer (Piece Rate + Hourly)

Jay, OK Join Our Harvest Team! Green Culture is hiring motivated, detail-oriented cannabis trimmers to join our post-harvest team in Jay, Oklahoma . This position is primarily paid by the pound trimmed , with additional hourly pay available when assisting with weighing bags, organizing product, and other post-harvest duties. Compensation Paid per pound for trimming (piece-rate) Hourly pay for weighing bags, packaging support, cleanup, and other assigned tasks Weekly pay Responsibilities Hand trim cannabis flower while maintaining quality standards Meet daily production goals Weigh and record trimmed flower accurately Assist with weighing bags and post-harvest processing Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all OMMA regulations and company SOPs Work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Previous cannabis trimming experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Valid OMMA Employee Credential required before employment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Green Culture?
