$14.00 per hour Position Summary Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendants / Lot Auditors to support safe, clean, and efficient parking operations. Responsibilities include assisting guests, directing traffic, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, monitoring parking areas, reporting safety or security concerns, and keeping the lot and booth clean and organized. Essential Duties Provide professional and courteous customer service. Direct vehicles and assist guests with parking. Issue tickets and accurately process payments. Maintain records of tickets, payments, revenue, vehicles, keys, and daily activity. Complete shift logs, reports, and required documentation. Monitor the parking area and report safety, security, or suspicious activity. Ensure vehicles are parked safely and according to company policies. Maintain clean and presentable parking areas and workspaces. Perform light cleaning and other operational duties as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors using radios and approved technology. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable parking regulations. Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude. Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors and around moving vehicles. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Driver & Background Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must maintain a clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the previous three years. Successful completion of a background check is required. No special certifications required. Physical & Work Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and safely operate in an active parking environment. Employees must maintain a clean, professional appearance and comply with applicable uniform and grooming standards. Technology Employees may be required to use a personal cell phone for work-related communications or company-approved mobile applications. Reimbursement will be provided according to company policy, when applicable.
