Job Description

Company Overview Our local CPA firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional accounting, auditing, and consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including non-profit organizations, small businesses, and individuals. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Audit Associate with approximately five years' experience to join our small, client-focused CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, contributing to a collaborative team, and building a long-term career in public accounting. Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff completing financial statement audits
  • Review financial statement audits from engagement letters to financial statements
  • Communicate with clients to manage relationships, acquire needed information and resolve any audit issues
  • Assist with audit research and planning
  • Review Form 990 & PA BCO completion
  • Assist client with PA charitable requirements
  • Manage completion and timing of multiple engagements Qualifications
  • Approximately five years of experience in public accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing financial statement engagements
  • Knowledge of financial statement preparation and professional reporting standards
  • Experience with or working knowledge of Form 990
  • Familiarity with PA charitable renewal requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative effectively with clients and team members What We Offer
