CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our Nonprofit practice. CLA consisting of over 850 professionals serving over 12,000 nonprofits. This is an in-office position. How you'll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role: Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service. Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures. Preparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters Assessing the design and implementation of internal controls Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers. Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Get the opportunity to work with many great clients. Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required. You have an active CPA license or are eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license. 2 years of relevant audit experience required. Nonprofit experience is strongly preferred. Single Audit experience is a plus. The ability to travel to client sites may also require infrequent overnight travel. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Maryland is $83,000.00
  • $141,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Virginia is $87,000.00
  • $141,000.00 The compensation range for this position in York is $72,000.00
  • $110,000.
