Join our dynamic team at Concordia Visiting Nurses as an Clinical Documentation and Workflow Auditor. This is a full-time position, reporting to our office in Valencia, PA. Evaluate quality and process measure outcomes using advanced data mining software. Improve ancillary services by analyzing assessments to foster positive patient outcomes. Detect inconsistencies and errors in clinical documentation, reporting findings to the Quality/Education teams. Take part in Quarterly Quality Record Reviews. Work alongside the education team to provide quarterly OASIS training. Participate in quality and rehospitalization meetings, assessing clinician scorecards and formulating corrective action plans as needed. The Oasis Workflow Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing quality measures and data to ensure that submitted information aligns with OASIS guidance and regulatory requirements. Conduct reviews of OASIS assessments in accordance with best practice guidelines.Evaluate quality and process measure outcomes using advanced data mining software.
